Flooring Installation in Orlando, FL
Vinyl, luxury vinyl plank and laminate flooring installed for Orlando homeowners by a team with experience in more than 300 residential projects.
Orlando homes come with their own flooring realities. A lot of the housing stock sits on concrete slab, which means the floor under your feet is only as flat as the pour underneath it. Add year-round humidity and the daily traffic of a family home, and it's easy to see why solid wood is a hard sell here and why waterproof vinyl has taken over so many living rooms.
We work across the city — from the older bungalows near College Park and the 1980s neighborhoods off Curry Ford Road to newer builds out toward Lake Nona and Avalon Park. Slab leveling, condo sound requirements and tile removal are routine parts of the job, not surprises we discover mid-install.
Much of our experience came from working alongside construction companies on new residential builds around the Orlando metro. That's production-schedule work, where the floor has to be right the first time. We bring the same standard to a single homeowner's living room.
Orlando questions
What Homeowners Ask Us.
Do you install flooring in Orlando condos and apartments?
Yes. We work in single-family homes, townhomes and condos. For condo buildings we follow the association's sound-rating requirement and install the underlayment it calls for.
How much does flooring installation cost in Orlando?
It depends on the square footage, what's coming out, and how flat the slab is. We measure in person and give you a written estimate for free, so you're not working off a phone guess.
Can you install over an existing tile floor?
Sometimes. If the tile is sound and level, some vinyl products can float over it. More often we remove the tile so the finished height works with your doors and transitions. We'll tell you which makes sense after we see it.
How soon can you start?
Most Orlando-area projects start within one to two weeks of approving the estimate, depending on the season and material availability.
