Luxury vinyl plank
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Installation in Central Florida
Luxury vinyl plank gives you the look of hardwood with none of the worry about water. It is the floor we install most often, in everything from one bedroom to a full 2,500 square foot house.
The difference between an LVP floor that still looks new in five years and one that doesn't is almost always the prep. Flat subfloor, correct underlayment, right expansion gap, planned plank layout — that is where our builder experience shows up.
Realistic wood look
Wide planks with textured surfaces that read as real oak, walnut or hickory.
Handles pets and kids
Scratch-resistant wear layers that survive dog nails, chairs and rolling toys.
Planned plank layout
We lay out the run so you don't end with a sliver plank against the main wall.
Consistent whole-home flow
The same floor carried through hallways and rooms, with clean thresholds at wet areas.

Questions
Good to Know Before You Start.
What is the difference between LVP and laminate?
LVP has a vinyl core and is waterproof. Laminate has a wood-fiber core that can swell if water sits on it. Laminate often feels slightly firmer underfoot and can cost less.
Does LVP need underlayment?
Many LVP products come with padding attached. When they don't, we add the underlayment the manufacturer specifies — it affects both sound and the warranty.
Can LVP be installed over concrete slab?
Yes, and most Central Florida homes are on slab. We check for moisture and level low spots before installing.
How much does LVP installation cost?
It depends on square footage, the material you choose and how much removal and leveling is needed. The estimate is free and we give you the full number, not a per-square-foot teaser.
