Baseboards & trim
Baseboard and Trim Installation in Central Florida
Baseboards are the detail people notice without knowing why. Tall, clean trim makes a new floor look built-in; gapped or paint-smeared trim makes a good floor look unfinished.
We install new baseboards, replace tired trim and add quarter round where the floor needs a cover at the wall — mitered corners, filled nail holes and caulked top lines.
Finished, built-in look
Corners mitered tight, nail holes filled, top line caulked straight.
Covers the expansion gap
Floating floors need a gap at the wall — trim hides it without pinning the floor down.
Taller profiles available
Swapping short builder trim for a taller profile changes how a whole room reads.
Done with the floor
One crew, one schedule, no waiting for a second contractor.

Questions
Good to Know Before You Start.
Do you paint the baseboards?
We install primed trim, fill and caulk it. Final painting can be arranged — mention it at the estimate.
Quarter round or new baseboards?
Quarter round is quicker and cheaper and keeps your existing trim. New baseboards look cleaner because there is no added strip at the bottom.
Can you install baseboards without new flooring?
Yes, trim-only jobs are welcome.
How tall should baseboards be?
In most Central Florida homes, 5 to 7 inches looks right with standard ceiling heights. We'll show you options in your room.
